On October 31, 2011 President of the Ukrainian Association of International Economics Anton Filipenko and President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Jorge Zukoski signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between two parties. In his remarks at the meeting Dr. Filipenko stressed that signing the Memorandum would lead to expanding and deeping long-term mutually beneficial collaboration and partnership between business and expert communities.
